Customer Excellence Manager:

We are looking for a driven and motivated Customer Excellence Manager to join our team to consistently deliver a positive, efficient, and reliable experience for our customers, by resolving queries, processing requests accurately, and acting as the first point of contact between the customer and the business.

You will take a function with strong foundations and develop it into a structured, disciplined, and scalable customer service operation that supports growth over the next three years. You will have real ownership, visibility, and impact, working closely with the Operational Management Team to ensure customer service delivery directly contributes to an increase in gross profit, improved profitability, operational efficiency, and stronger commercial performance.

You will be expected to get hands-on, lead a team of three direct reports, manage escalations, improve customer experience, and build the systems and processes needed for long-term success. You will be empowered to challenge, improve, and build a function that supports the business as it scales, and be responsible to directly impact an increase in gross profit.

Warehouse Operative:

We are seeking motivated and hardworking individuals with warehouse experience to join our growing operations team. Reporting to the team supervisor you will be part of a hard working team in a fast paced environment- delivering an exceptional quality service to our valued customers.

The successful Warehouse Operative will be responsible for providing wide ranging warehouse functionality. Multi Drop Delivery Driver:

In order to meet increasing demand, an enthusiastic, experienced and reliable Van Driver is required to provide exceptional logistics-focused support & service to all customers for a leading distributor of safety, welfare and site equipment for the construction industry.

The Driver will be responsible for the site delivery of customer goods. The successful candidate will also help to identify areas of improvement in processes, data and safety. This role is a great opportunity to join a growing Logistics team. We are looking to place full time Drivers who have a positive “can do” attitude with flexibility and adapt well to change. Reliability is a must for this position.

Production Operative:

OnSite Support are looking for, an enthusiastic and reliable Production Operative to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be required to work within the production team to complete all day to day tasks, including: completing application of logos onto PPE clothing, prepare and run the embroidery machine for embroidered garments and ensuring they are health & safety conscious of ones surrounding and manner of work.

The successful candidate will also help to identify areas of improvement in processes and safety, to enhance the team’s efficiency.
