Gareth Richards takes up the role of Managing Director at OnSite Support

Damian and Warren Lynes will continue to support clients in Client Director roles.

Gareth Richards joined us in September and has now taken up the role of Managing Director, effective from 1 October 2026.

Gareth brings more than 20 years of commercial leadership experience across rental, construction and infrastructure businesses in the UK and internationally. He is responsible for day-to-day operations and the company's long-term direction. Gareth's first weeks have been spent understanding the business in depth: its clients, its people and where the opportunities lie.

The appointment changes the roles of Damian and Warren Lynes, who both become Client Directors. Between them they have spent more than 55 years at OnSite Support. Damian will continue working directly with clients across the built environment and construction sector, while Warren will also focus on building strategic relationships with clients.
