UK Introduces New Ban On Certain Single Use Plastics
From October 1st a ban on certain single use plastics was introduced in the UK. The ban, which was announced in January, prohibits companies from selling certain single use plastic products, including: plastic food containers/plates/trays, plastic cutlery, polystyrene cups and balloon sticks amongst others.
As a provider of canteen equipment, OnSite Support have been impacted by this ban and will no longer be supplying these products to our customers. Instead, we would like to share our more sustainable offering of paper, recyclable and reusable products, which act as a direct replacement from those items now banned. Check out the range below:
