Align JV have partnered with OnSite Support to bring a PPE Laundry Centre to their HS2 South Portal Site
Align’s own laundry is the best way to keep a PPE wearer’s garments clean and safe to use. At the same time it extends the life of PPE garments until they need to be disposed of, in a socially responsible way – at the end of their useful life.

Who is it for?
The laundry service will initially be available for employees of Align (Bouygues, Volker or SRM employees), TGT, VGC, Danny Sullivan, KVJV and Tarmac.
Other companies, including Sub-contractors, will need to contact OnSite Support to express interest in the laundry service and make prior arrangements before their employees are able to use the laundry service.
How It Works
All users of the laundry service will need to:
Pre-register, prior to first use, by visiting the Laundry Centre at South Portal.
Registered users will be issued a laundry key card.
Have all garments tagged with a new OnSite Support unique barcode, which enables the garment to be linked to the user.
What can be laundered?
Items eligible for the laundry service are Hi-Vis PPE, including shirts, trousers, jackets and gloves
*This excludes non-branded corporate wear, such as shirts and trousers.
A recycling service will be available for end of life PPE.

Drop-off and Collection:
Monday from 05:30am – 13:30pm
Tuesday from 12:00pm – 20:00pm
Wednesday from 05:30am – 13:30pm
Thursday from 05:30am – 13:30pm
Friday from 04:00am – 12:00pm
Out of Hours drop-off only facility available: 24 hours, 7 days a week
